Magic Camp is about FUN, yet also brings exclusive takeaways.

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]For one extraordinary week, your kids will enter a world of creativity, friendship, and confidence-boosting learning as Ben Corey pauses his national performance schedule to share his magical secrets.

Daily themes such as “Creative Day” and “Connect With Your Audience Day,” provide in-depth skill-set discovery that will transform your child’s abilities.

New skills are shared in a way that illuminates how to apply each method towards greater success in school and life.

Here are a few examples:[/text_block]

  • 1

    A Talent Creation Process

we use to master the impossibilities of magic is then applied to everything from music, to soccer, and even to math!

  • 2

The Skills Necessary To Connect With An Audience

are practiced onstage, then in small groups, and later with research backed secrets on how to make best friends in school and beyond.

  • 3

    Imagination Skills

are explored by going on a guided visualization adventure. Once the mind-opening excitement of using the imagination is experienced, Ben Corey shares how visualization helps to create new ideas and new magic. Next, he shares how using imagination makes it thrilling to read a book!

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]See Ben Corey apply these skills onstage, for corporate events nationwide, local social events, and birthdays. Watch his TV appearance that was just nominated for an Emmy![/text_block]

“What you do really helps the kids. In the past, my daughter was apprehensive about presenting anything in a group setting. She recently had a class presentation and I didn’t have to send a warning email about those fears. She did very well and was very proud of herself.”

How will magic camp encourage my child’s social and interpersonal skills?

In camp, magic effects are used as a vehicle to empower your child. Your child will learn how to enter the stage, nail a first impression, use their voice, present to an audience, and conquer stage fright. These skills are tied to regular life, becoming immediately applicable, so your child gains a leg up.

We practice the skills on an interpersonal level and then expand to use the skills in front of the group. For example, we learn how to quickly make new friends, followed by applying those skills to win over an audience.

This will help your kids become more socially effective and able to take the lead.

How will magic camp encourage my child’s thinking skills?

+

[op_liveeditor_element data-style=””][text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” left_padding=”15px”]Each magic effect challenges your child’s thinking skills in different ways such as:

  • Breaking complicated processes into steps to do what seems impossible.
  • Creating an interesting story to make it fun!
  • Requiring teamwork to achieve a magical outcome.
  • And, when an impossible trick generates the urge to give up; your child will learn the winning mindset to persevere!

Again, I tie these thinking skills into real life, so that your child is more prepared. For example, I’ll explain how a big school project might seem impossible, but breaking it down into steps is the key to making it happen.  Or how using one’s imagination can make reading more exciting![/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]
